Welcome to ParkMasters.co.uk ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing and using our website and booking services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

ParkMasters is a trading name of Airparks Ltd, registered in England and Wales at 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. We act as a comparison and booking intermediary between customers and independent parking providers. We are not the parking operator and are not responsible for the day-to-day operation of any car park.

When you complete a booking on ParkMasters, you enter into a direct contract with the parking provider. ParkMasters facilitates this booking on your behalf as an intermediary platform.

All bookings are subject to availability. Your booking is confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email with a unique booking reference. You must keep this reference — it is required for check-in.

Please ensure all details (vehicle registration, dates, times) are accurate. Errors may result in refusal of entry or additional charges by the provider.

Amendments to a booking (including date and time changes) can be made up to 48 hours before your scheduled flight departure time. To request an amendment, please use the Manage My Booking section on our website or contact us at info@parkmasters.co.uk.

Amendments requested within 48 hours of your scheduled departure time may not be guaranteed and are subject to provider availability. ParkMasters will endeavour to facilitate your request but cannot guarantee that changes will be accommodated within this period.

Any price difference resulting from an amendment (e.g. an extended stay) will be charged at the time the amendment is confirmed. Where an amendment results in a reduction in cost, a refund of the difference may be issued subject to the parking provider's own terms.

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking via Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method. Booking fees are non-refundable. If a car park fails to honour your booking through their fault, you are entitled to a full refund including booking fees.

With Cancellation Cover: If your booking includes Cancellation Cover, you may cancel and receive a refund of the booking cost less a £10 administration fee per booking.

Without Cancellation Cover: If your booking does not include Cancellation Cover, a £20 administration fee will be deducted from any refund issued per booking.

All refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that provider-specific cancellation terms may also apply and could affect your refund entitlement.

No-Shows: If you do not arrive at the car park and have not cancelled your booking in advance, no refund will be issued.

ParkMasters acts solely as a booking platform and intermediary, connecting customers with independent parking service providers. The actual contract for the parking service is directly between you (the customer) and the relevant parking service provider.

ParkMasters is not a parking operator and accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, service quality, delays, damage to vehicles, theft, injury, or any other issues arising from the services provided by the parking provider. Each provider operates under their own terms of business, which are available upon request. We recommend reviewing these before confirming your booking.

In the event of a complaint or claim relating to the parking service itself, you should direct this in the first instance to the relevant parking provider. ParkMasters will act as a facilitator where reasonably possible to assist in resolving such matters, but cannot be held responsible for the conduct or decisions of independent providers.

Our maximum liability to you in connection with any booking made through our platform is limited to the total value of that booking.

We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR). By making a booking, you consent to us sharing your details with the relevant parking provider to fulfil your booking.

We will never sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes. For full details of how we use your data, your rights, and how to contact our Data Protection Officer, please see our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These terms were last updated on 26 July 2026. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with changes effective from the date of publication on this website.
