Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited — collected automatically when you use our website.

Marketing Data: Your preferences for receiving marketing communications from us.

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Fulfil your booking: We share your name, vehicle registration, and booking details with the parking provider you have booked with. This is necessary to perform our contract with you.
  • Communications: We send you booking confirmation, pre-arrival reminders, and post-stay emails. These are essential to your booking and cannot be opted out of.
  • Customer Service: If you contact us, we use your data to respond to and resolve your query.
